La reacci\u00f3 que \u00e9s produeix davant l&#8217;est\u00edmul especifico, \u00e9s incontrolable per la persona, produint-es respostes del tipus; cognitives, motors i emocionals. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les respostes cognitives fan refer\u00e8ncia als pensaments sense evid\u00e8ncies l\u00f2giques de l&#8217;est\u00edmul advers que adjectivem aix\u00ed, \u00e9s a dir, pensaments il\u00b7l\u00f2gics, carregats de no proves que acompanyen no obstant aix\u00f2 al nostre temor sostingut.<\/p>\n<p>Les respostes motores, comporten primer una activaci\u00f3 fisiol\u00f2gica, un augment del nostre sistema nervi\u00f3s, de totes nostres alertes davant l&#8217;est\u00edmul negatiu, una elevaci\u00f3 del nostre arousal en totes les seves dimensions, podent presentar; sudoraci\u00f3, taquic\u00e0rdia, hiperventilaci\u00f3, tremolors, etc. Despr\u00e9s, apareixer\u00e0 una resposta pr\u00f2piament motora, \u00e9s a dir, evitaci\u00f3. <\/p>\n<p>Les respostes emocionals, seran les nostres pors incontrolables, la nostra inseguretat davant el que percebem com a negatiu i que en la seva realitat no \u00e9s aix\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Tenint en compte aquests tres tipus de resposta se&#8217;ns presenta l&#8217;ansietat anticipat\u00f2ria, on no es valora la dimensi\u00f3 real de l&#8217;est\u00edmul f\u00f2bic, sent irreal la nostra expectativa de perill i per tant distorsionant-la. Al costat d&#8217;aix\u00f2 i, finalment, provoquem el que denominem probabilitat d&#8217;ocurr\u00e8ncia. <\/p>\n<p>Aquest proc\u00e9s que nosaltres hem generat, alimenta i refor\u00e7a el nostre pensament irracional sobre la f\u00f2bia a la qual ens estem enfrontant, sense poder valorar correctament les caracter\u00edstiques pr\u00f2pies, reals, i l\u00f2giques de l&#8217;est\u00edmul f\u00f2bic. Una vegada m\u00e9s, aix\u00f2, ens prepara per a la fugida f\u00edsica, per a l&#8217;evitaci\u00f3, la qual \u00e9s mantinguda generalment per una conducta de seguretat. Aquesta conducta de seguretat t\u00e9 com a caracter\u00edstica principal; l&#8217;alleujament de no enfrontar-nos a nostre estimulo, sent una conducta que nosaltres mateixos elaborem err\u00f2niament a partir de tot l&#8217;anteriorment reflectit, la qual cosa denominem estrat\u00e8gies d&#8217;afrontament.  <\/p>\n<p>Les nostres pr\u00f2pies regles, les nostres estrat\u00e8gies, fonamentades en el buit real, en la il\u00b7l\u00f2gica, fan que no sapiguem construir les nostres defenses fortes i positives. El cercle continu que es descriu de manera indefinida alimenta l&#8217;exist\u00e8ncia de la nostra por f\u00f2bica. <\/p>\n<p>Actualment existeixen multitud de tipus de f\u00f2bies, i aquestes, poden tractar-se i evitar-se en un percentatge elevat, per\u00f2 la taxa de persones que consulten a un terapeuta no \u00e9s correlacional amb la taxa de persones que realment necessita aquesta ajuda per a superar-les. Aix\u00f2 es deu, al fet que en efectuar una conducta de fuita o evitaci\u00f3 solucionen moment\u00e0niament l&#8217;enfrontament a l&#8217;est\u00edmul f\u00f2bic. <\/p>\n<p>Aquest, possiblement, \u00e9s el principal escull que salvar, fer el primer pas, i tenir present la necessitat d&#8217;ajuda d&#8217;un professional per a construir estrat\u00e8gies d&#8217;afrontament positives. D&#8217;aquesta manera, els pensaments seran; forts, basats en evid\u00e8ncies, les quals facin no evitar la situaci\u00f3 f\u00f2bica, i per contra enfrontar-se a elles mitjan\u00e7ant les t\u00e8cniques apreses en consulta. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En Ter\u00e0pia cognitiu conductual, s&#8217;aborda en un principi mitjan\u00e7ant psicoeducaci\u00f3 i posteriorment a trav\u00e9s un treball imaginatiu, realitzant jerarquies de la por f\u00f2bica per a finalment abordar mitjan\u00e7ant exposici\u00f3 en viu, l&#8217;est\u00edmul en q\u00fcesti\u00f3.
